What is the Heroes 5K run?
The 11th Annual Heroes 5K is a charity event organized by Shields of Hope. Shields of Hope is run by local Public Safety professionals in the West Michigan area. The mission is to spread hope, love and encouragement to those in our community affected by cancer. All are welcome to participate in the 5k run. Police, Fire, EMS, and Military personnel are challenged to run in full service gear!

We have an amazing opportunity for you this weekend! The Grand Valley Amateur Hockey Association's Hockey Fights Cancer Team is looking for Warriors—adults or kids—to help drop the puck at their games.
